Katelin competed at the Sunburst Pageant in Jacksonville, NC on 2/20/05. After being off the stage and out of the pageant world for a little over a year we've decided to do one more! There haven't been any pageants near where we live so we haven't had the chance to compete. Katelin wanted to do the pageant and her dress still fit so we were there with bells on! Katelin had so much fun. She wanted to go on stage by herself like a big girl and she was all ready but they wouldn't allow her to go on stage alone so Mama had to go with her. This upset her because she's a "BIG GIRL" now and can do it alone... but oh well. She didn't smill too much because she was upset from being held back having to wait on Mama to walk her. But she still said she was happy and liked her 2 new trophies! Katelin won 2-3 Year 1st runner up and Photogenic. Katelin with her hair in rollers.... hiding under a boggin! Here's my BIG SMILE!!
